FYL Program Onboarding

Onboarding is designed to set you up for success throughout your FYL journey. We'll start by getting you set up and familiar using the Leader Circles portal. Then we jump right into the FYL program beginning with managing your mindset to help you create a system that will support you as you move through it.

Phase 1: Evaluate Your Leadership

FYL phase 1 is all about setting the stage to discover and explore your leadership capabilities and tendencies! We'll determine your unique set of skills and habits, helping us spotlight where you shine brightest and what needs some attention. Get ready for an insightful 360-degree feedback experience that'll reveal your hidden strengths and those sneaky blind spots you might not even know about. Along the way, you'll find out what makes you tick as a leader, connect with your core values, and figure out what makes you stand out from the crowd. By the end of this phase, you'll walk away with a deeper awareness and understanding of your unique leadership style, a boost in confidence, and begin to hush your inner critic.

Phase 2: Plan Your Leadership

FYL phase 2 is all about crafting a personalized game plan to turbocharge your leadership efforts and impact! First we dive into your 360° Leadership Diagnostic feedback results to see what’s what. Then, together, we’ll cook up a plan that zeroes in on your top-priority areas for growth. By the end, you’ll have a set of clear actions and habits to put to practice in your daily leadership so you can begin to immediately move the needle.

Phase 3: Implement Your Plan

Now that you've got your plan, it’s time to jump in with focused and flexible action. FYL Phase 3 is where the rubber meets the road and you take daily action on your plan. As you consistently do, the positive vibes will start flowing—not just for you, but people around you too! Other key elements of this phase are check-ins and accessing supports when you need them. You’ll check in on your progress regularly to celebrate your efforts and make any necessary tweaks to your plan. Remember that you’re not alone in this, so be sure to access supports like Just-in-Time Coaching to get that boost when you want and need it.
